for use in most severe operating conditions
We produce and design Ball Valves
in a variety of materials, enabling these to intergrate completely into process
applications, where throttling, controlling and/or just closing
are involved. These valves are designed to perform well under the worst possible
operating conditions and/or hostile external environments, whereas
standard valves or valves of other design cannot meet the technical requirements. The
nominal size range is from DN 25 (1") up to and including DN
400 (16") with full, unrestricted
bores. We cover the pressure ratings from PN
10 up to PN 40 i.e. ANSI 150 to ANSI 300. In temperature, the
LAV Ball Valves cover a range from - 200 C up to
+600 C (+1000 C ). Other parameters optional. We
manufacture special purpose ball valves according to customers requirements. Dependant on the area of application we use the following materials:
Carbon and high-grade steels Inconel® Incoloy® Nickel Hastelloy®
Monel® Take advantage from our more than 17 years of experience
for your application. We advise you in problem solutions on process
engineering operations with difficult media. If requested, the
armatures can be equipped with cooling or heating jackets.
